OVERSIZED WOODEN DOORS

Gracing each home's entryway is a handmade, oversized wood door. It provides a gracious welcome to visitors and creates an attractive focal point. Oil-rubbed bronze hardware by Schlage imparts a substantial feel to the lock and handle.

COPPER DORMERS

Hand-crafted copper dormers add European flair to your home's exterior. A beautiful verdigris patina develops over time for added richness. This upgrade is a fitting complement to the copper gutters and downspouts in each home's entryway.

MILGARD VINYL CLAD WINDOWS

Pretty and practical, Milgard windows let in the glorious Central Oregon sunshine but keep your home well insulated at the same time. Decorative panes help frame beautiful views of the high desert landscape. Low-E and Argon-filled screens ensure your home doesn't overheat in summer sun or lose cozy warmth in winter months.

50-YEAR ROOF

All our roofs in Mountain River Estates are split-pitch and two-tone: teak with a four-course onyx skirting. All hips and ridges are onyx, too. Owens-Corning 50-year roof is guaranteed to withstand rain, wind, snow, and Central Oregon's 300 days of sunshine.

The hand-crafted mortise and tendon timber peg trusses are the enviable centerpiece of every Great Room in Mountain River Estates. These impressive architectural feats keep necks craning upwards, wondering: what? No nails?

WIDE-PLANK ANTIQUED WOOD FLOORS

Wide planks show off the rich grain and golden glow of our wood floors. Hand-distressed for an antique appearance, these floors are almost too beautiful to walk on.

CABINETS

Quality wood cabinets get a unique twist with black rivet detailing or artistic hand-carving. These metal touches pair nicely with other old-world details, like hand-forged fireplace doors.
